Nothing brings people together like good food

Cocktail parties

A cocktail party makes for a fun and lively atmosphere. Food can be light or heavy, but should be viewed as snacks and finger foods. Selections could include items such as passed or stationary hors d’oeuvres and desserts.

Grazing stations

A casual blend of the fun of a cocktail party with slightly heavier food. Focus for stations usually includes hearty and filling stationary hors d’oeuves, salads, sides, and possibly interactive or chef-manned small plate stations.

Family-style meals

Family style dinner encourages a convivial atmosphere among your guests. Beautiful platters of food are served to each table and guests help themselves. Courses might include salad, entrée, and sides, while desserts could be served buffet style after the meal.

Buffet meals

Buffets are a more casual alternative to a plated dinner. Food is presented on a banquet table in platters and is attended to by a server. Food could include salads, entrees, sides, and desserts.

Plated multi-course dinners

This is the most formal type of event. Courses might include salad, entrée with accompaniments, and dessert. Courses are served in succession, by wait staff, and plate presentation is more intricate.
